Ovaj zanimljivi recept dobila sam od gospođe koja radi kao slastičarka u hotelu u kojem radim. Pripremala ga je za Valentinovo gostima, a kolač ih je dočekao u sobi. Naravno da je ostalo i nekoliko komada viška pa sam ga dobila za probu. Kolač je vrlo jednostavan, čoko-kokos okusa te vrlo lagan. Za njegovu pripremu trebat će vam svega 45 min (uključujući i hlađenje).
This interesting recipe I got from the lady who works as a pastry chef at the hotel where I work to. She prepared the cake for Valentine's Day guests, decorated it with some whipped cream and ofcourse, with red hearts. I begged for a piece and finaly got one to taste. The cake is very simple, choco-coconut flavor and very easy to make. For the preparation you will need only 45 minutes (including cooling).
ANTONELIN KOLAČ
Potrebno vam je:
za biskvit : 2 čaše jogurta
2 čaše brašna
2 čaše šećera
1 žlićica pecilnog praška
2 žlićice ulja
2 žlice kakaa
za preljev: 8 žlica mlijeka
2 žlice šećera
125 g margarina
100 g čokolade
100 - 150 g kokosa
možete dodati i malo ruma ako volite
Priprema: Za biskvit sve sastojke promješajte i stavite peći u nauljeni lim na 200C, 15 min.
Za preljev: otopite margarin i čokoladu te dodajte mlijeko, šećer i na kraju kokos.
Prelijte preljev preko još vrućeg biskvita i ostavite da se ohladi.
Ovaj kolač idealan je za rezanje u različite oblike. Osobito ako ga radite za neku prigodu (srca za Valentinovo, zvjezdice za Božić, ovalni oblik za Uskrs). Ukrasiti ga možete po želji, raznim mrvicama ili jednostavno sa šlagom.
ANTONELAS CAKE
Ingrediens: 2 cups yogurt
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons oil
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
and for the topping: 8 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons sugar
125 g or 1 cup unsalted butter
100 g or 1 cup dark chocolate
100 - 150g or 1 1/2 - 2 cups finely shredded coconut
Preparation: For the cake mix all ingrediens and bake in greased pan at 200C (400F), 15 minutes. For the topping: Melt chocolate and butter whit milk and sugar. Add coconut. Spread the dressing over hot cake and leave it to cool. Cake is pretty dense and you can cut it in various shapes (stars for Christmas, hearts for Valentines day, oval for Easter). You can decorated it whit some more chocolate (melted or shavings), with sprinkles or just enjoy it as it is. ;-)
