Imam sreću da radim u hotelu u koji redovito dolaze članovi Hrvatskog kuharskog saveza. Naime u našem hotelu redovito se održavaju njihove edukacije te razno razne pripreme za natjecanja. Tako su se prošlog tjedna kod nas "kuhale" pripreme za IKA kulinarsku olimpijadu koja će se u listopadu ove godine održavati po četvrti put u Erfurtu u Njemačkoj. Na olimpijadi će sudjelovati 1600 kuhara iz 53 zemlje iz cijelog svijeta. Hrvatska je prije četiri godine prvi put sudjelovala na ovoj olimpijadi i ostvarila odlične rezultate. Takvim i još boljim rezultatima nadamo se i ove godine.
Dobila sam dozvolu da poslikam nekoliko jela koja su u pripremi za natjecanje pa pogledajmo ih zajedno.
I am very fortunate that I work in a hotel in which members of Croatian Coulinary Federation regulary maintain theire educations and various preparations for contests. Last week they "cooked" preparations for IKA Culinary Olympics 2012 which will be held this October for the 4th time in Erfurt, Germany. 1600 chefs and 53 countries will participate in this biggest culinary exhibition in the world. Croatian team participated in 2008 for the first time and achived excellent results. We hope for the same and better this year to.
